The Compliance Office facilitates communication and education designed to ensure that the College community is aware and informed of pertinent laws, regulations and institutional policies. The Compliance Office provides advice to College departments on issues related to institutional compliance and monitors the implementation of internal controls and quality assurance processes to consistently meet requirements of the laws and regulations.
The framework for the Compliance Program is based on the essential elements of an effective compliance program originally set forth in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and adopted in the College Compliance Policy and best practices approved by the Board of Trustees.
